they don't know what they are doing ,I regret buying from them ,also for almost 1.5 months been dealing with my water they keep making me spend money my water still green and they just have poor service i will not recomend them teresa likes to urgue with the customers when she is wrong

Charged cc before calling. Pool still not operating properly.

Had our pool installed last month. We paid for a turn key job & that's what we got! Teresa was awesome to deal with. She knows her stuff & everything was exactly as she said it would be. Installation crew was great. After we got it filled up, we found a few small leaks in the plumbing. Called Teresa & the installer was out the next day. Customer service by the entire team has been great! Highly recommend Cryer Pools and Spas!!

I am extremely disappointed with Cryer Pools and Spas. The pool cleaners consistently failed to test the water or vacuum the pool. Despite performing an algae treatment, they were sent back two days later to vacuum but didn't do it. The cleaner on Tuesday also didn't use the vacuum, always having an excuse. On Thursday, they outright lied about vacuuming, as proven by videos sent to Alle.I decided to end my service with them due to their consistently poor performance. I wouldn't use or recommend their service. Despite Alle telling me I wouldn’t be charged for the last cleaning since they didn’t vacuum, I was initially charged but later credited.
